What:
Complete the Wedding Model Event before the Trickster Maintenance on 6/22/2011 to win prizes!

Invitation Shield 40

Wedding Bouquet 40

*Rewards will be distributed during 06/22 maintenance.

I think one will qualify for the prizes if they complete the event as in completing the last quest. They could've otherwise just stated you needed the cake set on your character to be eligible for the prizes. I'm not entirely sure myself.
