No. Not first time ever. First time of the year. I've just recharged a couple of hours ago and got the bonus and I've since recharged maybe a month ago.

The offer should be from 1/1 to 1/31.

The second paragraph where it says, "You must recharge before January 1st 2009 11:59PM to qualify." seems to be a typo. It would make far more sense if it said "... before January 31st 2009 11:59PM..." instead.

What I am trying to explain is, there should be no conflict between the two events.

Gacha bonus took place between 12/29 - 12/31 11:59PM PST.
The 20% bonus takes place between 1/1 - 1/31 11:59PM PST.

You should "technically" be able to get both bonuses, that is, if you want to. (I hope I am not wrong or I might indirectly screw someone over. >_>;;;;;;;;)
