@iCan: Noe uses an RSS feed, and when it finds new information, it posts. That's why during maintenances Noe always has the next event before the patch ends. Others also just look through the files. o.o

Actually, oddly enough, I had the main page open for a while. And when I checked back (after maintenance started) this was in the Event News (you know, the sliding thingy that shows all the events?) section.
