I sent 1:1 asking them to change/add a MS item.
The replied saying something along the lines of..
"Unfortunatly we cannot discuss product/merchandise with..."

If it's the same as before;
You must purchase one box on your account,
to receive the halo reward.
But in the past, they've messed up and,
they gave halos to a lot of people who weren't suppose to get one!

I wasn't. I bought 5 on my first day, then like 2 - 3 boxes a day. I opened them just when I get 'em. And it's kinda weird, 'cuz I open them in different places and time, and I always get this order "Staff, cape, acc" , and it goes and goes again.
