That hat... Oh wow.. What fail. Well... We have Art. Flames and all to fix that... But still freaken wow... The hat is so out-of-place on the "Summer Spooky Stories" theme. I like the weapons though... And the Ghost Flames that I wish it was some hat-wear like that main character from "Ao no Exosist"... O_O;
Anyway, I'll just assume that Rachel is blind when making the design for the umbrella hat.
