I don't believe they're bugged.. Sale items should be like this, you shouldn't be able to gift them. If purchasing them is working fine, I'm sure the gifting is working as intended, too.

I was thinking this too.. I asked in my 1:1 if they weren't meant to be gifted as part of the event. I mean it would actually make sense if they've made it that way.

Though, it is kind of annoying when you only wanna recharge on your main and send it to one of your other accounts, but whatever. xD

I guess we'll know if I ever get a reply. -.-

Oh, and also.. if they made it so you weren't meant to gift the items, they should have made it clear in the event notice and then people wouldn't be wondering. D:
