Pandos Media Booster

I'm trying to install Fiesta Online using the downloader Outspark provided.
Whenever I try to open the downloader, it won't open.

As you can guess, Pandos Media Booster is the downloader used to get the install file.


I tried downloading from MMOSite, but for some reason my internet couldn't connect to their server.
