Default CMOS checksum error

Whenever I boot up my computer, I get the following error:

CMOS checksum error - Defaults loaded
Warning! Now System is in Safe Mode
Please re-setting CPU Frequency in the CMOS setup

and I need to press F1 to continue.

This happened starting yesterday and occurs on the first page when I turn on my computer. Though I haven't noticed anything wrong with my computer, I still would like to know wtf is this garbled ingrish and if it would be best to do something about it.

Few causes
- CMOS battery died, have to replace it.
- CMOS settings probably resets, maybe due to power failure or such

Just re-setup the settings in BIOS again, and see if it will pops up the same message everytime you boot your comp up.
