Uninstalled OS Remins in the Boot Menu
Several months ago, when Microsoft released that trial for Windows 7, I partitioned my hard drive to try it out without uninstalling Vista. If you haven't done this before, it basically lets you select the OS you want to use in the boot menu (it will automatically load the top OS on the list after 30 seconds). I uninstalled the Windows 7 trial and merged the hard drive section back with the origional one, but the option for Windows 7 remained on the boot menu. It also put itself on the top of the list, so if I don't select Vista in the 30 seconds an error message appears and I have to restart the computer.
It's not that big of a deal, but it gets on my nerves sometimes. Does anyone know how to remove the Windows 7 option from the boot menu?
