Default Unable to access certain websites

For the past week I've been unable to access any OGP web page (I can't open the launcher either) and my university's website (UofT). I've been able to access every other website without any problems except for these two, and before last week both sites were working perfectly fine for me.

-I tried Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, neither work
-"ping ogplanet.com" and "ping apply.utoronto.ca" both results in timeout, though they're perfectly fine for all other sites
-I tried clearing all my browsing data from both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer

The only major thing I've done this week is install both Steam and Rusty Hearts, but after the error I also system restored to the point before installing Steam and nothing changed.

The error says that I'm unable to connect to those websites.

Anyone have any idea what's causing this? At first I thought I was IP Banned from OGP for no reason, but that wouldn't explain me being unable to access my university's website...

Edit: A full scan with AVG Free doesn't return anything either!

Anything helps, thanks! (What an awkward note to come back on, I haven't logged into GGFTW for years. LOL...)

have you tried the following in command prompt: ipconfig /flushdns or tracert [address]?

it's probably not going to be solved by clearing your dns anyway since it's been a week, but it doesn't hurt. trace route will at least show you where the connection breaks.

the easiest solution would probably be to call whoever manages your network (the school's tech department if you're on campus) they should be able to work it out fairly quickly.

@Cornflake, I have tried it several times. I've also tried switching my DNS server to Google's with no luck.

My ISP is CIK Telecom, but I might be switching to SwitchWorks in a month or two, which will be a DSL connection using Bell's lines.

@kag, I've just tried it and it doesn't work unfortunately. ;<

@Shugi, I'm thinking that's the issue as well. I went on other computers around my house and they're unable to access the same websites. Guess I'll give them a call and see if they can actually help me. xD

Thanks to everyone for trying to help! <3 (Very Appreciated). If my ISP can't do anything about this then I'll just wait until August and switch ISPs.

you can do a tracert to the website see where it broke.
If you really need to access you can try using VPN like TunnelBear.
