Not that I know of, remember that memtest doesn't run on your OS

Sorry for late response again.

So I ran memtest using 1 RAM stick (let's say I removed stick A and left stick B in slot B as memtest ran), and the I got only 24 errors, as opposed to the 6000+ errors I got when running memtest with both sticks in.

This might sound derpy but is it safe to assume that stick A is pretty much the problem? or should I run some more memtest?

Try running your system with just stick B and see if it crashes.

I could try that but the thing is, I don't know if I'll be able to tell if anything is going on since when I have both sticks in, on some days my computer does not crash AT ALL and on other days it just happens every 10-15 mins, very strange mood swings.

^Ok, that might be a better idea.

I want to add, that I recently bought Guild Wars 2 which has a minimum requirement of 2GB RAM my computer completely dies when I try to run that.

Ok, I tried stick A and opened about 10 tabs (about 3 or 4 of them being heavy requirement games), there was no computer crashing, only very slow loading speeds.

but is definitely have to do with RAM.
Either RAM slot, single/both RAM sticks, Video RAM.
One of those.
Some RAM kits require both to be sent to them anyway, so if you really feel that one of the sticks is faulty you might need to send both for RMA.

Might be even cheaper and less hassle to just buy new RAM, seeing how 8GB is like $30 nowadays.
