Pineapple chunks on the bottom of the cake, cooked for 20mins. Then I spread crushed pineapple bits that had been cooking in a skillet with 2tbs sugar over top of the cake before cooking another 20mins. Then I pulled it out, poked holes with a fork into the cake to drizzle pineapple juice over it liberally before cooking a last 15mins.
