You horrible person, you.
If it makes you feel better, on Friday I had a kid trying to fly his bike through the crosswalk as the light changed to green. He's lucky I had my mom and niece in the car with me and was going slower at the take-off (mom likes to grab for the door handle and I tell her not to because she'll fall out and we'll have to have Christmas without a mother). If I'd been going my normal way, I would have done more than bump him off his bike and give him a few scrapes. He was fifteen and one would think he'd know better than to pull that shit at a busy intersection, but he didn't even know his house number when the cop asked him, so.
My uncle told me hopefully his mother is a crack** and not want to deal with cops and trying to sue the insurance for like ten grand.
I got a ticket for $124 and am bitter that the little shit didn't get slapped with a jaywalking one. Some homeless guy swore the kid had the go on the crosswalk, but what crosswalk is gonna do that when the light for crossing traffic is green?
