Sigh, yeah. We went to Fry's. Usually, from the past couple of years, they would have awesome Black Friday deals. But the trick is, is that the Black Friday ad doesn't come until the day of Black Friday. So basically, we had to camp for the newspaper people to come by the newspaper stand to give out the ad, but this year it was completely different. No newspaper came and we never got an ad. We did get and ad the day before, but the deals wasn't so great, so I mean... it wasn't a win situation; we were expecting to have more deals, since Fry's was said to have an 8 page ad this year.
Since the ad never came, we found out that Fry's is actually holding off on it's Black Friday deals, and giving out those deals on SATURDAY. They just gave us a 2 page ad that we got from Thursday for Friday, and they said the 8-pager will be released on SATURDAY for the awesome deals.... So me, Andy, and Obby camped out for basically, nothing. Well.. Andy bought stuff, and got a desktop, so I'm really happy ;] NOW HE CAN PLAY GAMES WITH US. MOTHER <3
But yeah. On Friday when we went in, I basically just lounged around and didn't buy anything.. it was just really disappointing to know that they're giving out their sale on Saturday.. It's my first time at Fry's and they just had to eff up. If we went to Best Buy like we always had, we could have gotten free stuff, like MW2.
However, when we came home, I did get to buy Scene It? Disney version. And then we got to buy Wii's New Super Mario Brothers <3 And then I got all of the parts for my desktop, minus the hard drive and the cpu cooler, hoping for it to come in soon so we can start building it. :>
