They're basically alter-egos of Izaya & Shizuo, respectively -- their designs are based on cover art from OST/character song albums and their personalities are fan-developed (opposite personalities of their respective originals). Fandom calls first pic Delic and second pic Hibiya. Delic is cover art from OST 2 and Hibiya is cover art from Izaya's cover song. Fandom gave Delic a playboy personality and Hibiya is still sorta undecided but right now he's the stubborn/haughty/tsundere type. idk.

SO YEAH. Besides Shizuo/Izaya, fandom ships Tsugaru/Psyche and Delic/Hibiya (and Delic/Psyche since they're OST buddies). FUJOSHI WORLD IS CRAZY WORLD FORREALZ.
