Unable to Post, PM, etc

My friend MegaBoy740 asked me to post this because he's unable to post or PM here on ggftw.

He get's a "This message is too short" alert no matter how long his message is. He tried logging in and out more than once, he tried restarting his comp, and he tried using ccleaner and tuneup utilities but nothing seems to have worked!

Another thing, don't know if it's related, but he can't use the drop down menus either. Like the search one or the notification one for example.

He asked that on irc already. I thought he solved it? The problem was on his end, with FireFox, since I think he was able to post using IE or using another computer. If the problem is on his end, I suggest asking tech forum for help.

Ok so he just told me that he was able to post yesterday on a different computer. Sooooo it must be on his end D:

how do I ask the tech forum for help? or does the thread need to be moved somewhere?

Please ask him to completely clear his browser's cookies and cache. We can't really help with this issue as it's affecting only him -- it cannot be traced to an issue with the site.
