Try cleaning your cache and re-opening your browser page?
Safari and some other browsers don't recall pages from your cache when you refresh.

If you went to that "lolsite" from the OGPlanet official forums or that "Wow..." thread, you may have this issue. Simply clear your cache to make it go away.
