Default Rate my Pre-RB(70) Sieg Hybrid Build

A VERY rough build:
Lunia Skill Simulator
I'm going for a build that can stage most of the time and is also suitable for pvp. If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to post.

+3 IH, level 4 is GOD, and max is even better
+2 Magic Defense, the extra couple of seconds is worth the 1 red spider rope cost
+1 play dead, maximizes the duration time and lessens the cd, necessary for tanking (this is more important in myth)
-1 flash fate, let's face it. It's just not good anymore. The skill itself loses utility at high levels and the damage won't be as significant. I barely use it myself and I decided recently to take it out of my build completely. In PvP, you'll barely use it since you can use IH after blow, and IMS after nado since it's comboable after
+1 Sky Slashing, consider getting it to get nado to hit 100% in PvP. I found that level 4 nado is difficult to land properly because it behaves completely different to level 2 nado (AA dAS level 4 nado doesn't work)
+1 Thunder Sound, knock down, slow and cancelling purposes. You can use it like ice arrow or mindgames..
+1 windkick, knockdown and mobility and combo finisher
+1 whirlpool sword, mobility, combo starter/staller

and yes there's a CMS patch u can max that but it's best combined with lvl 2 nado for nado dfist CMS
if u can time FF FF is better for that combo since it too has a 20 sec cd or 25 same thing and with dash cancel it can also be comboed after
the less decay makes it stronger
and if u decide to have lvl 1 IH like me FF after blow would give it two uses, if u 4 or max IH CMS would be the better choice since there's more availability for mind tricks with CMS than FF

EDIT: btw i say 1 IH cause as u can see the trend of klunia updates they're slowlly removing the 66 buff, sooner or later sieg will have strong lvl 1 IH, hopefully

What better for the current Glunia: maxed or lvl1 IH? I still have 3 skill resets from TFT(I pray those still work) and if IH changes into the Klunia IH, I can just use another skill reset.

Oyea, whats the lvl 66 buff?

EDIT:
I'll probably keep CMS over FF since I have always been horrible at timing and positioning FF. Just ask everyone I PVPed with ;o

lvl 66 buff is usually mentioned for siegs because they get dfist and IH damage jumps
goes from 700 to 1k for dfist
and 400 to 700 for IH lvl 1 IH is 300

most ppl lvl 4 IH which is basically maxed since ppl dont usually lvl past 69 cause they wanna have an advantage in pvp instead of covering it with skill

most siegs either play burst damage style (a form of hit and run using high damage skills together), or they play aggressive down attack style(rarer in glunia)
few play mind tricks, and the rest just combo for no reason at all
this excludes the (dont know what i'm doing) group

Wait so no one combos anymore? Quite sad how much Glunia has changed.

Hit and run isn't accepted...by noobs. It's a strategy or style-of-play that works in certain situations, and doesn't work in others.

Flying dragon sword for the invincibility perhaps although it does put in an extremely vulnerable position in pvp. I don't know about you but I still use flash fate alot. Then again I don't even have iron hammer yet.

FDS just isn't for me. I know alotta people like it but I just don't use it anymore. Same for FF.

EDIT:
also, what lvl of skyslashing is good for comboing? What about rage explosion?

level 1 SS is good, and as for RE, it depends on your play style. If you're good at catching your opponents, max it, but if you're up for the burst DPS only, keep it at 1. It works best with 4 nado.

kk thanks holmes. I think ima keep that last sp til RB. Til then I needa make a RB skill guide ;o When I RB all my skills reset and I get my old SP + new SP?

When you RB you don't get to keep your old skills. You only get an additional +0/2/3/4/5 depending on what level you rebirthed. So if you rb at 70, you'll turn back to level 1 with +2 SP and all your skills are back to 0.

wtf, whats the point of RBing then? Just the skills?

BTW:
just to make sure, siegs RB at 70 right?

I know I worry too much, but I dont want my training time wasted by a stupid mistake.

Highly recommended for pvpers to do 1st rb at 70. Point of rb is maxing more skills at lower levels, which is the advantage of pure pvpers. In addition, you also get additional AP (+20 to all stat at level 6x i think, and it accumulates the more rbs you do).
