I had to cut it up after typing in the translations T_T. anyways the mp usages are here.
Im not going to bother translating because i think the point is pretty clear...mp uses for everything is reduced drastically

Im thinking that now crosscut is something you should consider maxing now

incorrect,
they basically fix dfists dmg.. anyone with a CMS build stays as they are now, not much change
anyone who focused on another build gets stronger
any skill u max will allow u to win
fyi #1 (pvp ranked who also won 2 tournaments) klunian sieg does not follow the typical xcut build

O_O no wonder KLunia ppl were doing so much dmg when their str was only about 300...

Is it just me, or does that thing seem like it says New Iron Hammer's cooldown goes from 90sec to 60sec?

which ppl dont read when i suggest stuff.. been saying since forever
new IH is so useless in comparison to it's original counterpart that they made it 60secs lol
