1. Using AS sp sp in any of the 3 directions facing the wall to build airtime and get next to the wall
2. Using dash A CC sp to safely shift from AAAA, or to keep the combo legal under GNG tourney rules
3. Using the downward slash of Kicking S or AAAS to push a target away from a wall, then using a 4key shift to catch up with it and continue the combo

#3 can also be used in the open to modify centering/distance from target.

Note that it is possible to go completely under the target when using AS sp sp at a wall if you're facing perpendicular to the wall or if you are misaligned on the diagonal--you can, at least in some (most? all?) cases avoid this by either delaying on your backdash or slowing down your AS sp sp to avoid pushing the target high enough for you to move under it.

AAAS vs AAAA: the time between the 3rd and 4th hit is higher, and the 4th/5th hit with AAAS has a shorter range.

You can use AAS in the middle of a combo; it can be chained fairly smoothly into AA, AAAA, AAAS, or even another AAS; this can be used to control how far you travel in a certain melee string.

AASS sp sp can sometimes be used to transition between normal and wall combos as the final hits are similar to AS sp sp as far as the way they push and grant height... probably need more info from someone else, this isn't something I use often.

Something bothers me a little about the shifting/halfdash/backdash section. They're all methods used to extend combos, just in different directions; a short explanation as to their applications might be in order. Also, you could add in 4key shifts; see your quote from Gaiety for details.
Augh, I'm too noob for that stuff. I won't be adding that... stuff... anytime soon. After I get more pro.

Then just add in the mechanics behind the combos you use in Practice Field; surely you know how your own combos work? I've seen you playing around there, I know you're not totally inept~

Example combos and theory should both be in there because they're useful to different types of people; example combos are for the people who just need something that works, while theory is useful to the people who are ready to move beyond copying and want to learn how/why things work so they can make stuff up as they go instead of being restricted to given examples.

Okay, m1s3ri, I added in the guide to your stuff. Thanks a lot for it!

However, I don't quite understand some of the things.

I barely play the game, you see. All I can do is simple non-wall combos with the occasional frontal and shift.

Is there some sort of way for more that one person to be able to edit the guide?

You should create a guide involving whole long combos, so some people may understand. typing whole combos can sometimes be easier for people.

I've tried it as experiment, and 73% of people find it easier to read whole combos.

here, i'll submit one of mine (including room for easier viewing):

AAS AAAS Dash-Kicking S CrossCut Sp Sp AAS AAAA WhirlingSword Hurricane Sword

not a high level combo, but useful for beginners (lvl 25 beginners :P)

Put it on the the wiki, duh. You'll lose the ability to claim credit, but who actually cares about that?

.

I don't know how to do that. Can you do it for me? Or some Wiki Editor to do it?

And if you have read the Intro/Depart section, I won't be playing Lunia any longer.

Okay, I removed the copyright sign and blew up the Legal Things.

Do your part in the making of the godly guide, please.

To answer that, I don't know.

I'm not exactly the owner of this guide anymore. I told GodBot to move this to the Wiki D:<!

Ask Gaiety or m1s3ri.

Gaiety: I don't play my Sieg anymore <_<

You can, but Whirlpool doesn't give you the height boost that a CC or Kicking will so you need to have your target at a decent height beforehand in order to have time for a shift afterwards. As far as practical combo usage, Whirlpool's really just a way to suspend your target for about a second of extra stalling time.

You can shift with arrow keys, but using num pad is sooooo much easier,

And if your facnig 7 and shifting up, you can do it, it just requires more height, or walled.
