The Ultimate Sword Guide
READ FIRST
The following guide is created for the use of comparing stats from getting new swords for Sieg and fortifying them without actually doing so. I still don't quite understand the formula for light fortification so it will not be included in this guide for now. The same goes for grades, which will be added over time. Also, since this guide will cover an extremely large amount of different swords, I will have to update bit by bit, but I promise to faithful to the guide. Please add your input on this guide regarding any faulty information I have so I can change it. That would be much appreciated. I hope this will be useful for both beginner and advanced Sieg players.

STATISTIC FORMULAS, BASE STATS AND STAT INCREMENTS
As you alrady know, Strength increases MIN and MAX regular and skill damage you do, Dexterity increases the amount of MAX regular damage, reduces your skill cooldown time and increases the amount of Reduce Damage, Vitality increases your HP and the amount healing items heal you by, and Intellect increases your MP. However, knowing the numerical values can help you get an accurate amount of each statistical effect. The values below will provide this information:
STRENGTH: +3 Points of Strength = 1~1 Damage
DEXTERITY: +3 Points of Dexterity = +1 Max Damage (?)
DEXTERITY: +30 Points of Dexterity = +1 Reduce Damage
VITALITY: +1 Point of Vitality = +6 HP
INTELLECT: +1 Point of Intellect = +6 MP
NOTE: The true amount of Dexterity effect is yet to be determined.
With this, beginner players, or even advanced players can in advance, add the statistical bonuses from their weapons without shooting blanks blindly. But one do need to know Sieg's base stats before actually doing this:

Also needed is the Stat Increments, which is the amount your stats increase by for each time you level:

Now, with this vital base information, we can move onto the swords, where the information there can be used in conjunction with the information that was just provided to enhance your resources and hopefully your experience on Lunia.
FORTIFICATION
Fortification is the process of fortifying (duh) your weapon so that it becomes stronger and better. As you fortify your item, a suffix will appear at the end of your item for every level of fortification (ex: A "1st Degree Fighter Sword" fortified once is a "1st Degree Fighter Sword +1", a "1st Degree Fighter Sword +1" fortified becomes a "1st Degree Fighter Sword +2" and so on). Each Fortification level gives your weapon a Damage bonus of 1~1. Fortification levels +46 gives you a Strength bonus of +1 for each level. Fortification levels +79 gives you a Strength Bonus of +1 AND a Dexterity Bonus of +1 for each level. As you fortify your weapon past +4, your weapon will begin to have a faint glow. Fortification up to +3 is safe (You can fail fortifying your item, but it won't break). Any levels past that and the chance of your item being broken increases. Using a Catalyst increases your chances of success, but also increases the chances of your weapon breaking.

As you can see, this guide is nowhere near completed. Why add it now you ask? Mostly because helping out the newer players out first is my top priority, which is why I added most the earlier weapons in the game. However, like I said, more WILL be added over time, just adding this all at once takes too much (Seriously, it took me three days to do just this because of other stuff going on around me). Comments and critiques are much appreciated, and help on this would be grand.
