If you're going to get a Guardian and have access to a reasonable amount of MyShop and also are willing to put work into your Lion, 1144 is not the only build option.

I personally prefer 2143 because instead of wasting points in marginally useful Charm stats (DP is useless, HV becomes significantly less useful once you hit around 100, on top of it, you're supposed to run around anyways) just for some HP. Especially since HP can be easily made up from accessories and pets whereas we really need all the AC we can get since we have no %-buff.

Well there are many options, but 1144 is really easy to maintain, I have this kind of cyber hunter and was able to achieve haxx stats for my lvl with no MS at all (I had very good alti. spiritual set)

If you use Altis you won't need MS at really, yes.

1144 is no cheaper to maintain than 2143, if anything it's a little more expensive since you lose out on AC that you need. 1.5k HP is so minimal and won't save you much at all, and DP/HV is a waste of an extra growth point in Charm.

Why would you need AP? o.o

No need for AP on a Lion other than Gun AP. 20 Gun AP = 1 AC in terms of damage.

Oh alright. Still debating whether I want a 2 or 1 in power. ;3; I'll have access to MS but I won't be spending a lot of time on the lion.

I still honestly think you should go with 1144, +30 HP and +4 DP every lvl is really good to have

10k-15k HP, a Sprint, and a gun with 1k AP total will have you set for a good while. You won't be the most hax Lion, but you'll definitely do some decent damage.

@Infernal: 4 DP per level is worthless. DP on Lions in general is worthless since we have no shield anyways and hats typically have lower DP unless it's a unique or Alti. I can maybe see the 1 HV every four levels as useful, but HV hits a cap of usefulness.

Putting AC and HP aside do lions need a lot of LK too?

If you meant CT Bossing, you would need 400LK buffed.

You need 400+ to do the floors beyond the big eye. I can do all other bosses up until then with like 135 LK and LK Breaker from my Guardian.

Ahhh is it easy to get LK with balanced AC?

Yeah, it's not a problem. Don't forget you have a LK buff, or two if you're Cyber Hunter, to help you.

Cyber Hunter is the gunner right? I'm just planning to be a gunner/boss hunter. Leaning more towards 2143.
