The 1st set of missiles hit the shield directly so its a guard, where the second set hit somewhere else and killed him.
(the life of that V2A was already low)

been wondering for a while but never actually bothered to check but, for skill parts like vaccine, does 1 round of a game consume a skill part, or does 1 life consume a skill part?

If someone dcs right when the game starts (like you see a flash of the game) and returns you back to the lobby, does it still count as a game/1 skill part?

No, it only counts if it has ALREADY triggered. I.E the moment you spawn.

And no it does not work in Psycho Mission. They have vaccines.

I'm pretty sure hp does not actually affect the damage from spec

what it does is gives you higher hp lul. So when a spec takes off, lets say 15 hp points, and your base was 15, but you added two, it would leave you with 2 hp.

Thinking along those lines, if you just compare hp bar sizes, you woudl take less damage from normal attacks as well

I'm pretty sure def only affects dmg from non-spec atks though

HP affects both from spec and attack, which is why people add HP for custom points over def most of the times.

Def doesn't affect spec damage, but for fortress units, the more defense is in, the more defense fortress adds.

Has anybody done any conclusive testing or is this still just a theory?

It's all decided by a computer still, it ain't random, just that the rates are impossible to measure without hacking into the game and take long periods of time analyzing the rate until there's no point and just rolling it instead and leaving it to luck sounds much more time efficient..

This is just an educated guess. But there is a certain sequence, and it is based on server-wide rolls.

Not too sure about other servers, but for TW. If you are to roll capsule 27 in wee hours or something. IIRC, once you get a T2 from the cap, the next roll will almost certainly be a Wing. Shows that there is some sort of order to the roll. However, it is very likely to be affected server-wide.

If i equip a spec up card on destiny, will it stack with the one already on to give an even larger spec damage increase? 8D

Which was why you put that skill part on messala....
I think I should put it on RFP sometime....
I mostly use SP on 1st life, making them eat spec awakening swords.

Does AS Hyaku Shiki have a faster than normal melee dash speed?

Feels ridiculously fast when I SS with it.
