Most S rank's are basically at max speed already, which means speed is a stat you can ignore. (The only few that may need it are the S rank MA's)
Full attack for F91 is awesome since it kills rocks instantly with melee and takes down I field MA's quite fast.

in KR server. You wanna take GND(doesn't seen it for a long while) or HWS, you need to approach first which will certainly cost you a lot of HP.
