F91 is not pure melee MS(more shooting than meleeing) and f91 only consume a small amount of fuel when doing vertical movement comparing most rocks (shooting involves a lot of vertical movement).
So fuel regen is not that necessary.

I think low def and low atk is the biggest problem of f91.

Well, F91 is a paper, so it has an automatic damage buff over all rocks--great rock-killer if you have the boost to chase down rocks. Also, more fuel=more running around and pewpew.
--Just my 2 cents.
Also, the vulcans eat MAs alive QQ. F91, Kyshatriya and HAC destroy my Ziel really fast.
Excellent shooting in your vids. Did I see 007S/G in there at some point, or am I hallucinating?

Def is seriously worthless on F91.

Add attack points, see the attack go sky-high when coupled with atk up skill

updated 1 GND vid and 1 GNE vid

This vid is flimed in a black rm with 2 of myfriends


BTW:
If F91 oced Atk, it really dies at light speed : )
F91's weapon damage is not high, so it's not efficient to oc atk.
F91's biggest problem in its big problems is Def.
Nowadays F91 versus Rocks doesn't have that much advantage.
For example, F91 caught IJ and give it 4 slashes and 1 critical shot. Its damage it not as much as that IJ caught F91 and have 4 slashes+3hits of W3.
For me, only if F91 is oced def, I have the guts to do those dare movements in the vid : )

That's why you should improve!
To not get hit.
OC5 all atk and I can pretty much kill any unit that tries to kill me, as well as provide support of a madman.

My F91 is only oc3 and I avoid attackers like a baws :<
Between high attack and survivability on F91, I choose attack because F91 is not made to take hits, its made to pewpew and whittle rocks quickly.

Also, are you sure? Go look at the guides section on the EX tests me and neko did. No way its close to 3~4 oc points.

I read a lot of posts about EX.
I didn't personally test it.
However, there is one thing that I am pretty sure.
I got Gp03 and NZ EXed Agi.
It feels exactly the same of the oc 3~4 at agi(improved a lot!).

EXスキルの上升は、ステータス限界値30を超える事は出来ない。
スピード上限の25.5もEXスキルのスピード上升で超える事はない。

If you can't read both.
I can tell you EX atk or Def is approximately 3~4 OC points.
EX lock range's effect varies according to different MS.
However, it has been tested V2A and SF can enjoy a very good boost of lock range from EX(I have V2A which is Exed locks range, it has a very nice lock range now--instead of the original poor lock range).

EX move speed: Never tried this. However, the post shows this can greatly improve ur MS's move speed(not boost speed). If you don't know what is it like.
Go to play GP01 FB and compare it to your Training MS.

EX boost fuel : constantly reduce 0.5 s of ur boost regen(not obvious on rock, however, it is a perfect scissors' boost solution. All my EXed scissor chose ex fuel regen).

EX dash speed: seems add nothing yet.
EX Q.D.: none sense, only works with Q and E. Small improvement.






BTW: I saw many many ppl are talking about F91 is wise to oc atk.
I wanna ask these "saints", do you have absolutely faith of avoiding most of atk when facing pros??

In SD, if you are good enough, you can hit others 100%, however, you can't never ever avoid atk 100%.

Have u ever been pawned by all atk GND by 4 shots while piloting ur atk-oced F91?? only 4 shots at front!!!
Have u ever noticed how fast that F91 died in my Vid?

Accept the truth guys. Don't misguide newbies.


BTW in the BTW: I have about 30 Exed MS. My personal data of EX rate at HK server is between 1/11~1/13.
So think carefully before you are moving to EX.

4 hits? Seriously?

I don't even die that quickly with my oc3 f91 = =

F91 has speed. Abuse that. Misguide newbies? really? When F91's job is to deal damage and not take hits? Nobody cares if you have over 9000 exes. If you don't know how to apply exes, its useless. I have a F91 myself. F91 hits hard. Not soak damage. Too slow to dodge? Boo-hoo.

Don't need to accuse other people of misinformation. Its like the pot calling the kettle black.

I understand your point that OC atk F91 is btr than OC def because well, imo F91's role is not so much close range as it is mid, however, carcer's playstyle may not happen to work that way.

Yes I know that at this point you will probably think something along the lines of "then the playstyle is wrong" because well, i personally have had that experience before, but was acutally quite surprised at what certain players (not to be announced) managed to abuse with different OC builds. While yes, OC is to make a suit more complettivie, I think if you dont plan on going hardcore with a ceratin suit, and just playing around with it, you could OC it to your liking to make the suit more suited for you.

@ EVERYONE

While its true that certain OC builds are more effective than others, i find that OC is to make a suit more suited to your preference. I understand complaining that a suit is not built correctly because it could lead to a negative impact on your gameplay, but you'd be pretty surprised at how well some players can made unusual builds work. My point is that each player has their own niche and cannot play every single suit type at god tier.

Sure it would be great if your playstyle fit the optimal OC build perfectly, because you're just that in sync with the suit, however, i believe that its optional for players to OC something a certain way, as long as it works for them.

i think that at this point you guys should leave carcer with his own build, and a suggestion to try other ones, and potentially a different playstyle once in a while to see how he finds what is generally considered to be F91's ideal role and build.

@ OC EX ISSUES

oh and if you can acutally read jp (I can 8D)

then this line says

this means that a B rank gains 0.9 points and an A rank gains 0.6 and that skills do not seem to value of the increase.

in other words, to clarify for everyone.

If the MS has no penalty, it is ~1 OC point, while if the MS has a penalty, then it is worth several OC points

so lets say that with fortress a B rank will gain ~0.4 or ~0.3 of a stat after the application of a regular OC point, however with EX they will still gain 0.9 instead of the penaltied version.

However, MS without the penalty gain that much ANYWAYS.

so this would make it more efficient for things like snipers/fortress units to put their EX points into those respective stats as they would get awesome bonuses while it would be more worthwhile to invest EX stats into other skills for units without those skills unless you really want that extra OC point. (ex. you need 0.00000001 more damage to be able to kill something in X hits, while atm you can only kill it in x+1 hits and you are OC6)

I hope this solves what people were argueing about and wondering about (as well as makes some clarifications about OCEX), so stop raging at each other already
