well actually I have used 30 FPS for tps/fps and works real well. Maybe because I have a 16G Ram and Nvida 480. 30 FPS is the standard for Gaming. usually its 26 or 24 to 30 since that is the FPS for recording games. Anything higher is meant to make movie/edited videos.

if you mean the encoding yes, the actual game to work fine needs to be @ 60 fps

Well when I use 60 FPS the sound is actually behind like 3-4 seconds of the video. I will just stay with 30 FPS.

I don't think thats respawn boost. It happens a couple seconds after your respawn, when somebody blue says something. Your boost decreases for a bit but suddenly hits max.

Before 2:44, Ao had an ally with Assault Command Up then dies @ 2:44 which is why Ao's Boost somehow "regenerate".
*Assault Command increases boost and attack of allies.
