it is a chat program they started using that when hooked onto SDGO = above lolness.

Well, I did have a chat cheat happen the other day (I think). Some guy spammed the chat in the load for "HAHAHAHHA" etc non stop after everyone was done loading then the game crashed in a very odd manner like it just closed, with no error or anything. Maybe it was a weird coincidence.

*edit*
And I think everyone got kicked/the room was gone when I came back.
