Personally I put Spd+def

It can go alot of ways, Mk.II Titans is a versatile rock. Spd+atk, spd+def, hp+def are my picks

Oh, right. I'm planning on C SPD and OC ATK.

The super low HP and DEF stats really bother me, but meh.

I would go more of a hp/def on justice ._.
my gawd the hp on that thing sucks butt... the def isnt that great either....not to mention no phase shift QQ!

I rolled a C3 one while trying for DS

I'm guessing Wing Gundam (B rank) should be Full ATK O:

Hp/Def for sure. You can just get it to C1 and wait for IJ if you want. It isn't really good.

You're not gonna rely too much on W2 anyway.

What are good stats for an Aps? Is agi worth adding?

I'd go with the normal fattie build, C HP OC DEF. I've seen some Full ATK ones, but they die fast, so yea.
