It's pretty much the usual Assault build (increasing melee power), for most pros. I also have one but I suck so bad at playing it

Ambush parts, the same as my 00Q/00Q Full Saber/00R Condenser Type.

///PROS///
- holy jesus wtf speed + movement speed
- zip around cover from cover
- only 2/3 range parts needed (00R has no long range weaponry)
- you can quantize, speed away from the guy, and when you're done quantizing you can end up on the other side of the map
- 00R mode 2 is great for kiting. With more speed and shizzles, it's really hard to catch up/aim at you
- you can easily switch targets with your fast speed. Like you can pretend to be going for one guy but you're actually going for the sniper in the back. Use mind games!
- MOVE AROUND when you're quantizing. Try to surprise people when you reappear.
- defense isn't required when you have le almighty quantize


///CONS///
- low defense before you have quantize
- prioritize on solo targets at the start of the game if you can. That way you can gain your SP faster without worrying about a guy shooting your ass
- yoloing and screwing up will get you killed both lives
- you have to be really aggressive with 00R. Agressive but not blindly yoloing. Never stop being on the offensive!
- if you camp... there's no point in putting ambush parts
- if your hands aren't OP (i.e. fast typing and fast reactions) then you might have a little trouble dodging stuff
- YOU MUST MCA if you're meleeing people, otherwise you'll be eating SPs over and over again. Press Tab to check if people have their skills up.
- le SP down premiums. Not sure if other servers like to do that but if you get really annoying, people will start throwing shit at you. When that happens, throw shit back at them!

it's not 11 % , with both parts it's 22 % since neither of the parts specified mid or long weapons , both criticals work for all weapons , even melee ( a wings of light of v2b to the back of any suit with critical parts is almost certain death if the attack is done fully

I don't really favour mode 1 , I just play both tbh , that's the strong point of v2ab , having both modes and utilizing both to max potential , if I wanted to use only mode 1 I would use v2b since it has at least the wings of light purge mode and a stronger + faster reload flashlight at the expense of the shield. Critical parts also make wonders for mode 2 since the rifle is multi shot and the mega beam is a tad weaker than v2b ( it's same power as v2a mega beam rifle as long as i'm concerned) and those parts also level the playing field

These are the parts I use for 00Q/00QFS/00R/00RCon., a little variation for 00Q since I'm using the EX part.



As I'd like to call it "The Fantastic Four" parts

(+) Movement Speed= 14%
(+) Dash Speed= 24%
(+) Mid Range Damage= 7%
(+) Close Range Damage= 7% (3%, 00Q only)
(-) Unit Defense:= -10%
(+) 100 points each victory (00Q only)
(+) Overall Damage= 2% (00Q only)

And since I have a Lv 12 V2AB and 1200 points to spare... I did some more parts testing.

As you can see, they're about the same... (except for melee, sorry about the shotgun screenshot) but I don't need to worry about it being 11%/22% and I get some more defense as well. Sure, my V2AB moves like a brick, but my forte is mode 2 so it's not too big of a deal.

I'm not trying to prove you wrong or anything, but I'm just not a fan of the crit parts and I've found some alternatives haha.

but I don't think you're testing them correctly... what can a single screenshot prove?

your parts will always increase damage a bit , meanwhile mine's will increase damage by a lot more but at a chance... there's nothing you can prove with a single screenshot but you should test it with a somewhat medium pvp session.

There's also another problem , how many crits happened? how many hits in both tests were smashs and how many hits?

Again that's not something you can test hitting some zakus and doing an SS

Is that not enough? I haven'tbeen using my V2AB before 6th gen and I've been using the parts I told you about. I've tried what you said before, have you done the same for my parts?

Also, like I said before, crits are 100% in training. Why? I have no idea.

not with v2ab , but I tested heavy weapons and shooting parts with v2b and the difference was enormous


if criticals are 100 % in training then something is wrong because if all of the shoots were criticals it would do way more damage for sure , it cant be that a critical on an attack < 12 % of extra damage to that same attack

Maybe those are fake crits or whatever , your theory can't stand up because again , why crit parts should even exist if crits give less than 12 % damage?


Anyways if for some reason you wanted to go heavy weapons , I would switch the level 12 part that gives 23 % chance to have minimum damage ( not 23 % less damage like you said) for the other one ( more damage and range at expense of a bit more boost consume) , since v2ab is already a hell of a beast defending ... has 2 skills that increase it's defense + the shield... it's too much for my taste

Lel, I just used melee crit parts for V2AB. It does crit with range weapons too, but is it just for show or was my beam cannon really critting?

You know, you could always just try my parts instead of just going on about how mine doesn't work. The whole idea is to tank for the whole team with mode 2 while still being able to pack a punch. There's never "too much defense" when you can take advantage of it lol.

If it doesn't work, I wouldn't be constantly winning games with it. I barely had 200 games on V2AB before 6th gen.

I can't tell whether you're blind or just plain ignorant. I even put screenshots up for you. Hell, maybe you even need a video in training.

Btw, I'm starting to think that you don't even understand the gist of the crit parts. It's an 11% CHANCE to do small, extra damage with any weapon from any direction. Not blue crit damage. The same as the Art of Fighting parts.

When I say crit parts are 100%, the tiny extra damage crit shows up for every hit/weapon. Just look at the damn screenshot for melee and compare. Is it so surprising that 12% damage is almost the same as a small, extra damage boost?

so it is small damage increase like that nab skill part?

Still there's the thing that heavy weapon parts don't increase melee power for v2ab or wings of light for v2b.

I will test them again... but I dunno , I tried them on v2b as I said before and it was tooooooo slow

They should have like wow/rift and have like 2/3 or even more part setups and let you switch between them out on factory without cost...

ED: I tested them and the damage difference is really that bigger with heavy parts... but I still don't like the speed reduction ..... makes mode 1 almost useless and like I said that's what v2ab is about, being able to use both modes..

SP Tracking Radar Type A pseudo communication commander
Emergency Communication System Type A pseudo communication commander
Gundarium Alloy Type A

movement speed -18%
boost speed -15%
boost consumption +8%
def + 4%
hp + 8%
short range weapon damage +4%

ur build is not to trolling enemy but to trolling ur self slow + can't kill + not tanker also

is armored type good for apsa 1?

Maybe armored type is very good . My custom part is similar to that, and when i use it in DM, after 1 round . All ppl in room change their unit from close range unit (IJ, Noir,etc) to pew pew pew (FA ZZ , F91 , Legend , Destiny ,etc ).

where ever i move , rain missile and rain beam every where...
and every i got spec , whose spec me always yell "DIE U BUN!".

Cons : maybe it's very good.
