The Prometheus was meant for the random hobo Trowa barton (no name) found, who looks exactly like him.
And possibly has a nuke equipped.
But Quarte's younger sister had issues and decided to steal it.

But heck, that unit is much more tame compared to Snow white and warlock.
Snow white at one point was what? Shooting ice and fire and bullcrap or what not, while Warlock was using clones of it self to do... something.
