I love Joel for being the only Thread Starter to achieve so much popularity in his MSoTW. He should get a ggftw award for this.

You know what Chsal? You say about ad-hominems and stuff but I am gonna do those 'tests that contribute something to the argument' by making you shut the hell up in a match. I advise you don't play for 2-3 weeks and hope I don't shove that crab arm up your mobile suit's gas hole.

Then we'll have the results of your 'little' test you keep muttering about. Better yet, come to HK and we'll have a scheduled match since you keep yapping about Njammers. I'll fight you in a non OC'ed Justice or a Freedom and I'll even lend you an OC'ed Alvatore.

As for VS rocks, Alvatore has anti-flinch, mobility, and massive boost pool. Alvatore has the largest base boost pool of all S scissors, and even when purged Alvaaron is tied for second. So though some suits may beat that with N-jammer, Alvatore can profit from its massive boost pool the entire game.

Well he doesn't have an Alvatore in TW and he won't recognize it as a valid point until I kick him in a real golden crab.

I was thinking of setting up a match. A team match. If I fight him in an Alvatore in a 1 v 1 then he's bound to lose that for sure (since he obviously never had one and doesn't know how to use it other than theorycrafting). A team game is best suited to test his tanking ability and his ability to work with a team which was his supporting arguments earlier in this thread.

We'll do it random team style or even a rigged match where Chsal can fight with his friends. I am willing to fight even with random TW locals on my team.

Everyone's refuting you with sound arguments from their experience. Just so you know, this is not a science thesis paper - we don't have to refute with numbers.

And how about YOU actually doing tests so that you can prove your numbers...... but oh wait! YOU DON'T HAVE AN ALVATORE! And oh, not bullshit like doing a 1v1 where a stationary Alvatore is plummeted by a HAC, then comparing it against some other suit, because everyone here's talking about its practical tank-ability/fragility in actual games. Practical. Not theorycraft, not digits. Catch my drift?

I would like to point out that in this game survivability does not equal high defense or shield or whatever.

I've been trying to say that alvatores fat, clunky ass makes it less survivable, and the effect outweighs having a GN field. If you think this is a game where you can simply look at those types of stats alone and say who is better, you obviously should find another game.

Actually, if Chsal posts in all MSoTW with stupid theorycrafting like he does here, I am sure all MSoTW threads will be popular and highly debated. But of course, it will turn out into a debate at which one ignorant person in denial will argue against many that knows some shit in what they are talking about.

It's just a test so its no big deal right? It's just gonna be a few matches and it will be over before we know it. Not doing this out of hatred and all, but for a truly SCIENTIFIC intention!
