Sorry I was preparing for a certain exam today so I totally forgot my bad:
Mode 1: GN Sword II
Weapon 1: GN Sword II: Sword Mode
Range was increased, still meh though. I rather use mode 2 than mode 1
Weapon 2: GN Sword II: Rifle Mode
This does very low dps, I rather use mode 2 rather than mode 1. This tickles I-field units.
Weapon 3: GN Micro Missiles
Only ballistics 00R has, doesn't do alot of damage, but used against I-field fegs.
Special: Range Special
Mode 2: GN Sword III
Weapon 1: GN Sword III: Sword Mode
Standard melee, nothing much to say.
Weapon 2: GN Sword III: Rifle Mode
This weapon works like Seravee's bazooka ball, it's one of 00R's scariest weapons.
Weapon 3: Spin Attack
Range got decreased, pretty good to use to chain melee combos.
Special: Melee Special
Skill 1: Twin Drive
When the unit's health drops below 50%, the unit's attack, agility, and boost duration are increased.
I wish they changed this skill, this is pretty much a useless skill for 00R. Boost up and agility
Skill 2: True Innovator(00 Raiser)
When the unit's health drops below 40%, the unit's boost recovery is increased and enemy positions are shown on the radar. The unit also capable of quantizing when not in an attack animation. Quantizing consumes a small portion of the unit's SP gauge to negate damage and completely cloak the unit for 1 second. However, the unit is unable to start an attack when quantized.
Probably 00R's selling point, by sacrificing specing, you use sp to dodge attacks and items, but this skill cannot dodge spec. Personally, when this skill activates it's kind of like DSHC ECM Jammer, where it's a live or die situation. But this mode is pretty useless due to the fact alot of people SP when they see 00R in True Innovator mode.

How to Play this suit?:
-Rush with team:
You can't do a lot of damage with this suit, you need to rely on your team. Usually in team death match, 00R gets picked off early.
-Stay in mode 2:
Almost the same as SF where most of it's damage comes from. The linear rifle does alot more than the double shot.
-Optional Part: Latent Potential:
This skill part will make gaining SP back fast, for True Innovator. Let's you quantize more.
-You cannot tank:
Although you are a rock, you cannot tank. Rely on other people to distract your enemies.

i think he means that the damage isnt high because u actually need to land 2 shots (in case of rifles) and the missiles are odd, they are really fast but it's like you need to open up to actually land them or be at short range,
melee on mode 1 has a high reach tho and mode 2 melee is really fast. w3 alt mode is used for either initiation or countering, it's also an AOE and it's really fast, making it really deadly.
main selling point of 00 raiser is the fact that you can build him as you please since quantization will give you amazing survivability and the excellent choice of mid range weaponry
