Look at that thing. This thing is supposed to be outdated, yet it can still be used in pubs well. Wildly versatile, no long range but who cares, that's just a crutch for rock players.
W1: 5 hit melee. Very slightly slow compared to newer rocks, but hey, its Zeta, smile!
W2: Beam rifle, 8 shots. Nothing special here, move along.
W3: Grenades, 5 shots. Reload down, relatively small splash damage, usable for damage.
R-W1: MORE BEAM RIFLE.
Attack Up: Aww yeah, simple attack up. See them attack rise when you oc attack.
Spec up: Many people complain because AS Zeta has only melee spec. Bad? Hell no, tenderly love avid meleers that try to kill you, you have spec up, you spec, BAM they (probably) will die. Its a good surprise.
This thing is so versatile, there's so many builds to it.
Speed+Attack - Such a staple for rocks that can't tank, AS Zeta uses it nicely.
Agi+Attack - Alternatively, Agi for slightly faster rifle shooting. Brings the speed up to a scissor's level.
Full attack - See yourself dealing a world of pain with atk up skill
HP+Def - God knows what the person is doing if he uses this
Full Special - WAVERIDER CRASH/RAAAAAAAAAAAGE BEAM SABER ALL DAY, ERRY DAY
My playing style
Nothing special really. Run, gun, melee. There's really all to it to AS Zeta. Its a jack-of-all-trades MS, master of none. Abuse Waverider mode for more speed and extra beam rifle shots. I find it harder to aim in waverider mode for some reason though, just me probably.
Also, GODDAMN FIRE AT SCISSORS THAT HAS ROCK DEFENSE. DON'T BLOODY MELEE THEM. Those beam rifle actually does hurt if you pumped enough attack. There's no playing defense with AS Zeta. With AS Zeta, you go offense, all day long. Pressure the enemy into submission, and punish their mistakes.
Blue Destiny Unit 2: Superior in every possible way. Faster, hits harder, and EXAM. Don't let that get to you though, you have more ammo!
Gundam Mark II Titans: Also faster, and has paper defense. But don't worry, Mark II Titans is frail!

Those damned papers like V-Dash and Virtue. Heavyarms (EW) also does a number to AS Zeta. Actually, scratch that, many papers today really outdamage AS Zeta. How to defeat them? Outmaneuver them and hope you can score a kill through crafty use of the beam rifle and saber combination. Or spec.
Unicorn (Both) also gives AS Zeta a hard time. Especially the ones built as HP/Def.
