if you have rolled unpopular gacha @ off peak times ... the prizes come out in sets so you can predict the next MS .... wait awhile if you want to skip it
if your rolling as fast as possible and still missed prediction for C ranks, it means there is another player

ARs are supposed to be C2

only event ARs are C3 and only tw decides if they want to release em.
usually u spend MUCH MUCH more.... for the C3....

40 is just an example .... the real number is unknown and estimated around 30 rolls +/- 10

AR are suppose to be rare since most of them are better than A or even AS suits

yeah that's definately true... ie the ar psycho is insane, ar sword calamity= as sword impulse + 5 hit combo + faster boost down weapon reload time + throw 2 boomerangs at once.

I wouldn't go as far as to say AR Psycho is better than A psycho though.

IMO the only thing about AR Psycho thats better than A Psycho is the fact that it's got anti-flinch to start with.

A Psycho has a more spammable moveset, I think.

AR Psycho-
-Gay stomp that almost insta kills
-Def Command
-burst damage
-Must switch alot to be actually useful in 4v4s since u move like a tard
-perfect anti rock but perfect scissor feed for the most part
-actually harder to play well than it looks

A Psycho
-Has weapon 3 stun
-Fortress EX
-Can get by in 4v4 just by going in MA mode and stunning/annoying the shiet outta their most valuable player
-needs good judgement to play well

Thats just my views on the 2 suits ._.
And i should add that...
