help with game starting

hey friends, i need help with sd gundam, when i open it(press the blue button on the launcher) it loads gameguard, then it loads in a black screen, then all of of a sudden a warning pops up and it says, network connection failed. please help me anyone

Highly possible your firewall is blocking the connections.

That message will only appear if you cannot establish a connection with the server, usually during a maintenance. But since there is none right now, check your firewall.

darn forget it am just gonna tell ma parents if they can get the other internet cost its better internet maybe dats y, cuz i got the basic one, and probably not good enough.
