What are QQ packs?
It is called
集乐钢弹包 in TW. Basically these packs will give you
one of the following:
4x coin
5x coin
10x coin
5k G
8k G
10k G
Red Frame c2
Blue Frame 2L c2
Gold Frame c2
Zeta gundam c2
OP A-E 3 days or 7 day
You will also get a sticker. Which is an useless item by iteself. You need a corresponding set of 5 stickers to reclaim the MS of your choice.

*All MS without a specification for c2 or c3 is assume to be c2
How to buy?
Basically there are 3 ways:
One
Ask mew mew to do it. Pay her or beg her :P Or ask a TW friend to do it for you. Most inexpensive if they can get it for you from TW.
Two
go here :
CN-USA seller page
and preorder it. They send you the code in 2hrs or so after your order. It is just like ordering the point cards for TW. Don't worry, they are never sold out. But it is best if you buy it using member or else it is kind of expensive.
Three
Go find an Taobao Agent and ask them to buy it for you off Taobao. They usually will charge a 10% or so commission on the order. But it ends up about $10 USD cheaper than ordering from CN-USA, remember to tell them there is no shipping or insurance.
It is alot more hassle and takes alot longer(about 2 days for them to send you the code)

How to exchange it?

You then enter the codes and pass and click accept
You should be transfer to a page saying that the exchange was successful
Use either button found on the same page returns you back to the Gamelist page.
Then just repeat above steps.

It looks like this, (depending on how many packs you brought)
If you click that button, you go to the exchange page, where you exchange for the stuff you want, if you gotten the right combination of stickers.
This is my list of exchangeable. Basically a button will automatically be there if you gotten the right combination of stickers.
If you do click it, a pop up will appear saying you successfully claimed it. Please wait 1 min for it to appear in you gift tab.
Also please understand that once you exchange it will subtract those stickers from your available ones and be used. If you only have 1 saviour gundam sticker. Then it will be gone after use to claim whatever you are after.
Finally REMEMBER THIS EVENT IS ONLY VALID UNTIL DECEMBER 31.
That means that if you still buy these after the event, you can't claim it. Any un-used stickers will be useless after this date.
