I guess i'll try a new registration and repost a new guide then.

applied to join ign scapie(applied for main clan) can be tested if necessary

You should try another guild....
this one's very inactive save a few members

I'll give it a try just for fun... I'd be satisfied with having a few days of ship pvp. Plus I'm very active either way but I just grind and grind~~.

The most important thing is that weis isn't on very often so you probably wont be accepted.....
So seriously, try another guild
