Here is a list of common Problems and issues that people run into and often ask.

TW version ONLY

I'll enlist them all here so there won't be a new thread asking the same question over and over again.

1. There will always be Maintenance on Every Friday GMT + 8 from 8:00 - 12:00. That translates to Thursday GMT -5(US EST) 8:00PM - 12:00PM or GMT - 8 (US PST) 5:00PM - 9PM. (unless modify by management of the company)

2. If you are wanting of Mission helps you can post at this thread and try to contact anyone on the IGN list. We will try our best to help you out if we are available.

10. What is Diving? Or to Dive?

Basically it is a form of play that exist in TW where players get together in these locked room with a simple password: 123 and have the stage set to cyclops.
The players would have Red and Blue teams. Once the match starts, everyone would start attack each other for 5 hits or so and then the team that is suppose to jump off and suicide, will keep jumping until 1 more person with only 1 life is left. Then right around 3:00 the remaining person of the suicide team will jump off and end the match.

The cycle repeats and switches for both team.

It is a somewhat fast way to make money but it is not recommended as you do not learn anything from it. It is also very boring...

The above has been banned. It is now sand play time where the concept is the same, except it is for ship battle and usually one team wipes out the other at 3:59


11. Can cash shop MS be used in Mixing?

Only the ones that are for sale instead of for rent. The rental MS CANNOT be used in mixing.

15. What is Dream Gacha or These "Special Gacha" machines?

These are machines that are available in the TW version where they offer a very small chance to get rare MS as well as getting nice battle items and skill parts. However, there are also a high chance of getting C rank units and everything from the machine are only 2 slot customizable.

1. Go here and log in using your information and type the #/letter in the box for verification.

2. click deposit on the left side.

3. you would get to this page


4. click that button

5. you will be at the membership info page


6. Fill those out and press the last button in the pic.

7. you will then be transfer to the below page


8. Once fill out click the Right side button to proceed.

9. You have deposited into your account. Now you have to transfer it to SD gundam.



10. click place in that pic

11. you will be here


12. click that and you will be


put in the points you want to transfer over.

and click the button. Your done.

About the payment thing, I just did it a few days ago and it worked fine, but right now when ever I enter my details for loging in, the page just stays loading forever, all other pages work fine though. Whats the problem? O.o

That's always the error I get so I've never been able to mess with it, was there something special you had to do with the ID to make it work, Weissritter? And, if it's okay to ask, is it gift cards only or can you use a credit/debit card?

Well now logging in worked, not sure whats going on.

Maybe you should try at different times?

You have to activate your account first.

Then you can deposit.

Once your account is activated you can deposit via

Yeah, when I try activating (after hitting deposit) it always gives the error Veritech posted, it might had to do with the ID so I'll just keep trying. Hope it was okay to post questions about it here.
