Anyway, just to balance out the trolling, download the whole installer again. It can be a case of corrupted files. In your case with 0/25xxxxxxx files, it means your client is outdated like, for months.

And as always, I'll request for a merge.

Let me add this in, even if you download the latest installer, it is 20100817.exe meaning the installer is outdated for like 3 patches already. And after installing, you still need to patch over 2.6k files. And before the files are being downloaded and updated, the launcher client will attempt to patch itself before updating the game files and it will look like nothing is running at all.

It'll finish patching in about 45 mins or so, cause i tried reinstalling 3 times...
so it'll most probably work, there should be 6K+ files to patch too

Looks like some technical gibberish.

It says an error happened when it executed the installer, and advises you to switch off all your other program.

I think it is better to google what that -5006fsdjfslzhg error means.

I've no idea how to help then. There is something in your OS that is conflicting with the program.

my launcher client is not updating this its stuck on the intro load the rest before that was fine up till this part its been a hour since i started do i reinstall? i use windows 7 if it helps and it worked perfectly before this patch

Be patient and just wait. It is a mpg file, so just wait it out. It took me 1.5 hours to finish just that one.

Hi all,

I just would like to know if anyone - that has the SDGO TW client - ever encountered a patch today?

I ran the program and encountered the intro.mpg file which seems to be stuck for like 3 hours now. (Or worse, the patch that I encountered ain't supposed to be patched)
