Usually it's due to bad installation. Sometimes (but rarely) it just jam there. I'll say close it and try again, else reinstall.

i reinstalled 3 times and still doesnt work. u think its because i use windows 7?

Hmm... Don't know. I think quite a number of people here play with Win 7. I use XP, so not too sure.

Another time I face the problem is due to outdated files. I copied the files from a working PC to another one, and it worked. =/

Just keep doing it. It probably kept me doing about 100+ ALT+F4s and pressing the big blue button to make it work.

I'm running into the same problem now...and my client's been installed and working for months...wtf? Reinstalling doesn't work fix it, and neither does running it off the client I have installed on my external hard drive. I haven't had a chance to try my external on another comp yet, but I suspect this is a Windows 7 compatibility issue.

Edit : Scratch that, it doesn't work on my other comp w/ Windows XP...so... Buggy game is buggy.

Big blue button's a no problemo for me, although I can't log into the game, but that is more of a problem with my uni's wifi settings than my client.

The whole TWupdater is lagging. The big blue "click here to play" button doesn't respond at all, and the updater itself goes into "not responding" mode for like 10 seconds when you try to close it. The only thing on it that actually works are the advertisements...that pretty much says it all.
