The OP which only give max bonus at 20.00pm-22.00
In sdgowiki:
OP Special 2: Between 20:00-22:00: you get 60% more points and 20% more suit exp, any other time is 10% more points.
I Could be wrong, coz never had that OP before, and you do know that HK have some OP that not available in other server like OP K lv2 and other OP with Lv2 name.
