um weiss i think it would be better to ask for a list of the team leaders choices and rank them to their choices like for example

fireseal
1.) natsume
2.) majirobo
.
.
.
10.)neko

when the list has been gathered you can just select from the choices they have given
for exaple if natsume was chosen previously and it was my turn then majirobo will be my next choice

hows that sound?

no no no , i think you misunderstood me. I said that the team leader should rank the players from highest to lowest so that we don't have to wait for others to pick. the team leader should just provide weiss all the ranking in the excel then weiss should be able to form the team quicker, and yes i saw the team in page 1 but it is still incomplete and our current method of choosing teammates sucks and wastes too much time, thats why i came up with the one i said before. hope weiss got this message
