Actually, that needs to be updated which I will do it now. (forgot about it).
I'll post the updated version when I'm done.
Okay, it's quite different from the previous one. But these are ones I actually tested multiple times and confirmed them.
A little explanation and more in-depth for people:
Cell Shading: Toggles what the graphics will be like. When it's unchecked
, the game will run in its original graphics. When the box is checked
, the game will now run on a cell shaded engine.
Water Effect: Toggles whether there will be wavy-like visuals while underwater. When unchecked
, the game will not have any water visual effects just like how it originally use to be. When the box is checked
, whenever you are underwater you will see the wavy-like effects (that hinders gameplay quite a bit IMHO).
Motion Blur: When boosting (double tap the direction you wish to go), things around you will blur. When checked
, the motion blur is in effect and when the box is unchecked
there is no motion blur.
Distance Blur: Things that are far away become more blurry. Netmarble fixed this, I believe, so it isn't like putting on glasses you aren't suppose to wear. When the box is checked
, distant objects are blurry. When the box is unchecked
, far away objects appear crisp and clear.
Beam effect: Beam weapons look more... HD for a lack of a better word. They shine brighter and travel more naturally. I-Field shields are also effected by this, making the shields more brighter than usual. When the box is checked
, the beams are in HD and when the box is unchecked
it is just like old times.
Brightness Filter: I don't know what's a better name to call this, but this makes everything look brighter and more... fantasy-like. It makes everything look less computer graphic like and... more prettier? Checked
= filter on while Unchecked
= filter off.
Hoping this helps anyone that is confused with the new settings. And hoping Shift adds this to the FAQ.
EDIT: I realised I switched between uncheck and then check (the order in explanation) but I think the bold helps enough.
