Hmm, I think I know what this is now? When you Melee, switch weapon and then go back to melee, you purposely create a lag state for about a sec?
It would explain the sliding ground attacks that you don't see on your own screen and that gif that the zeta hit the building, switched weapon and them hit the player.
Is that it? o.o
If it is, it's still lag but being purposely created.
