I was expecting it to be released for points a month after Freedom went on sale. I guess they need players to log in and play to build it. I don't see any other reason why they would give it for free.

Edit:

I don't recall Calamity plans being released yet so I guess that's one bottleneck in making it.

10kCC for 6 coins and EXP pack 1000(full) x3 (1 Lucky Draw count)
30KCC for 12 coins, EXP pack 1000(full)x3 and level Protector x3 (3 Lucky Draw counts)
45KCC for 20 coins, EXP pack 1000(full)x3, level Protector x3 and Gundam Exia (5 Lucky Draw counts)
And the Lucky Draw Prize is Virtue gundam.
CC milked all the celestial being gundams before they are releasing the cap.

yeah no one told me and i got my zaku II Commander plan...now i cant even craft it

on the bright side, i got all units for strike noir event already, so i'll try to get the CR to oc5 for dynames and the others as close to oc4 as possible for more prizes
