Edit: HWS is buffed. w1 has 2 shots, w2 has doesn't freeze you anymore...

Also, the dream cap has C4 Ahead Quantum Brainwave Type.

Additional buffs include 00R nerf as well as F91 buff.
Also, high performance OS skill got patched.
Activates at 50% now.

You need to check if you IGN has a error, you can check by trying out singles or training mode.
If you DC, dont freaking go pvp, you will dc the whole bloody room.
