I remember the last time Wasabii giving out free web caps like this years ago, they also have F91 as one of the prizes. I ended up getting several Justice but no F91. I'm gonna get it this time!

Not necessarily.
Reborns and Wing EWs (pre-nerf, mind you) absolutely dominants any room they are in.
Brave is a AR rank that has yet to be released.
Zaku II Bitter Custom and Char Zgok are both mission plan only suit (and Stardust mission is still a mission away)
Maxster Super Mode has been delayed for ages and still hasn't come out yet.
All the other mumbo jumbo are meh, but these prizes are no pushovers.
From laat cap, things I see that's redeeming are 00R (for those that didn't get one from the super-easy-to-cap dream cap), Super Bolt (plan will take forever to be released), Gaia and AR Verde Buster (both in the same capsule).

Prizes look good, but not necessarily means the rates are too. If the rates are anything like last week's cap, Reborns and Wing EW may be very hard to get.
I had 65 tries last week and didn't see any Super Bolt, Gaia or AR Verde Buster.
You can say last week has 2 SS in the cap, technically there's only 00R, but for them to put both c2 and c3 in it increases the chances, however low they may be. Maybe that's why I thought it is better. Perhaps you are right when considering other prizes in there that you've mentioned.

it's not yet sure SEA will have ip ban yet , SEA including alot of country .singapore,malaysia,phill,indo and so , even ipban will not ban all of it unless tw is a TW only server

If they ban SEA, they will lose a lot of income. I remember a time when they allow Malaysians to buy cash for the game, so it's less likely they will shut off SEA. They maybe ban the NA IPs because of the new SDGO server there. But then we're getting SDGO SEA so I don't know...
