No KR company has an IP block from what I know. The ones with IP blocks are usually the Japanese ones.

I too, signed up. Here's hoping that TW won't be blocked in the near future. Though, since I've spent a total of $0 on TW, I guess my losses are already at the lowest (but my Ziel, I want to take it with me!)
