That is correct. Maps will be posted 2 hours prior to the tourney starting. Confirmation will start at the same time. All teams are required to post with at least one representative stating that they are ready.

Correct, unless one more team shows up, one team will receive a BYE and goes onto the next round by default.

The lots are drawn using an automated ladder building program that I have called Tourney Bracket Maker. I'll type in all the teams names, then post the results here.
