Seen those that MCA able to 1 combo kill any scissor with the W1+W3 combo. W3 damage is really too high, even a noob like me can almost 1 shot those SEA derps.

It's passable, and could be adjusted with OC points at least. And besides, when you can hit two people at the same time, it's not as if I'm gonna be shooting with it anyway.
